Part 2: Supplier connections

Connect your supplier accounts once, and Hub92 pulls live stock, your prices and garment photos on its own, all day.

How it works

  1. Each supplier gives you a key. Think of it like a password just for your system.
  2. You paste that key into Hub92: Settings, then API connections, then + Add API key.
  3. Hub92 pulls everything in. Stock shows in Live stock and in the proof builder.

S&S takes a few minutes. SanMar and AS Colour each need one email from you first, then you wait a day or two for their reply. Send those two emails first, then do S&S while you wait.

Keep keys private. Only paste them into Hub92. Never email or text a key to anyone, including us. If you think a key got out, the supplier can give you a new one.

Email SanMar's integration team

They switch on the connection for your account. It's free.

  1. Find your SanMar customer number. It's on your SanMar invoices, or at the top of your account on sanmar.com.
  2. Click Copy below, start a new email to sanmarintegrations@sanmar.com, and paste.
  3. Fill in your customer number and name where it says to, then send.

Sign SanMar's agreement

SanMar emails you an integration agreement to sign online.

  1. Watch your email for the agreement from SanMar (usually e-signature, like DocuSign).
  2. The owner of Hub92 Prints signs it.
  3. SanMar turns on access in about 1 to 2 business days and emails you when it's ready.

Make sure you have a SanMar.com login

The connection uses your normal SanMar.com sign in.

  1. If you already sign in at sanmar.com to order, you're set. Use that username and password.
  2. If not, make one at sanmar.com/signup/webuser.

Connect SanMar in Hub92

Paste the three things in, and Hub92 does the rest.

  1. Sign in to Hub92 as the admin. Click Settings, then API connections.
  2. On the SanMar card, click + Add API key.
  3. Type your customer number, SanMar.com username and password. Click Connect and pull data.
You'll know it worked when the SanMar card turns green and says Connected.
If it says SanMar refused the login: SanMar hasn't switched it on yet, or the password changed. Wait for their email from step 2, or call SanMar at (800) 426-6399.

Email AS Colour for API access

They approve it and email you a subscription key.

  1. Click Copy below, start a new email to api@ascolour.com, and paste.
  2. Fill in your account details where it says to, then send.

Don't have an AS Colour wholesale account yet? Open one first at ascolour.com, then send this email.

Connect AS Colour in Hub92

Once their reply arrives with your key.

  1. Find the email from AS Colour with your subscription key (a long mix of letters and numbers).
  2. In Hub92, click Settings, then API connections, then + Add API key on the AS Colour card.
  3. Paste the key. Optional: also type your ascolour.com login email and password if you want your wholesale prices to show too.
  4. Click Connect and pull data.
You'll know it worked when the AS Colour card turns green and says Connected.

Find your S&S account number and API key

Both are on your S&S account page.

  1. Go to ssactivewear.com and sign in.
  2. Open My Account.
  3. Find your account number and your API key. Leave this page open.
No API key showing? Ask S&S customer service to turn on API access for your account (Help Center, then Contact Us on their site). It's free.

Connect S&S in Hub92

Copy and paste, that's it.

  1. In Hub92, click Settings, then API connections, then + Add API key on the S&S card.
  2. Type your account number. Copy the API key from the S&S page and paste it in.
  3. Click Connect and pull data.
You'll know it worked when the S&S card turns green and says Connected, and styles show up in Live stock.

All three connected?

Open Live stock in Hub92 and search for a style you use a lot, like 5000. You should see stock by color and size. You're done!
