By the end of this page your system has its own address, admin.hub92prints.com, and your team can sign in to it from any laptop or iPad.

1
Find your domain in GoDaddy
Make sure hub92prints.com is yours and won't expire.
Go to godaddy.com and click Sign In in the top right corner.
Click your name in the top right, then My Products.
Find the Domains section and look for hub92prints.com.
Next to it, make sure Auto renew is turned on. This stops it from ever expiring by accident.
You'll know it worked when you can see hub92prints.com in your list with Auto renew on.
Don't see it? It may be under a different GoDaddy login, or a family member or old web person bought it. Stop here and reach out. Don't buy a new one until we check.
Good to know: admin.hub92prints.com is free. It's part of hub92prints.com, so there's nothing extra to buy.
2
Make a free Cloudflare account
Cloudflare is the company that will keep your system safe and running.
Type your business email and make a password. Click Sign up.
Check your email for a message from Cloudflare and click the link inside to confirm.
Write your Cloudflare password somewhere safe, like the same place you keep your GoDaddy one.
Turn on the extra sign in code: click the little person icon in the top right, then Profile, then Authentication, then follow the steps for Two factor authentication. This sends a code to your phone when you sign in, so nobody else can get in.
You'll know it worked when you're signed in and see the Cloudflare home page.
3
Add hub92prints.com to Cloudflare
This tells Cloudflare which domain it's looking after.
On the Cloudflare home page, click Add a domain. (Sometimes it says Onboard a domain. Same thing.)
Type hub92prints.com and click Continue. Leave the other choices the way they are.
When it asks for a plan, scroll down and pick Free ($0). Click Continue.
Cloudflare shows a list of your current settings (it calls them "DNS records"). Look down the Type column for lines that say MX. Those are your email.
Click Continue (or Continue to activation).
You'll know it worked when you see lines that say MX in the list. That means your email will keep working.
Stop if the list is empty or there are no MX lines and you use an @hub92prints.com email. Reach out before going on, so your email doesn't stop.
4
Write down Cloudflare's two names
Cloudflare gives you two "nameservers". You'll paste them into GoDaddy in the next step.
Cloudflare now shows two lines that end in .ns.cloudflare.com. They look something like anna.ns.cloudflare.com and bob.ns.cloudflare.com. Yours will have different names.
Type them in the boxes below, exactly as shown. This page remembers them for you.
5
Switch GoDaddy over to Cloudflare
This is the one setting you change at GoDaddy. Your domain stays yours, at GoDaddy.
Back in GoDaddy, go to My Products and click hub92prints.com (or the DNS button next to it).
Find the DNSSEC setting. If it's on, turn it off first. (If you don't see it, that's fine, skip this.)
Find Nameservers and click Change Nameservers.
Choose I'll use my own nameservers.
Paste Nameserver 1 in the first box and Nameserver 2 in the second box. Delete any other boxes that have old names in them.
Click Save. GoDaddy shows a warning. Click Continue. This is expected.
You'll know it worked when GoDaddy lists the two Cloudflare names under Nameservers.
6
Wait for Cloudflare's "active" email
The switch takes a little while to go through. Good time for a coffee.
Go back to Cloudflare and click Check nameservers now (if you see it).
Wait for an email from Cloudflare that says hub92prints.com is now active. Usually under an hour. Sometimes up to a day.
While you wait, your website and email keep working like normal.
You'll know it worked when you get the email, or the Cloudflare home page shows hub92prints.com with a green Active.
7
Invite Steve to finish the install
Steve puts the system on admin.hub92prints.com and sets up the sign in. You don't need to do any of the technical part.
In Cloudflare, on the left side, click Manage Account, then Members.
Click Invite.
Type logistics@sainttexas.com
For the role, pick Administrator (or Super Administrator if that's the only full choice).
Click Invite (or Continue) to send it.
Text or email Steve that the invite is sent.
About the sign in setup: Cloudflare's team sign in is free for up to 50 people. When Steve turns it on, Cloudflare may ask for a card to keep on file, even on the free plan. You won't be charged for 50 people or fewer. If it asks you for that, it's okay to add it.

3. They land on only the screens you gave them.
They stay signed in on that laptop or iPad for 30 days, then get a new code.
You decide who can see what in Settings, Permissions. Add someone there and they can sign in right away.
Remove someone and they're signed out everywhere.
Maintenance: Steve keeps his own sign in (steve@sainttexas.com) so he can fix things or add features. It shows in your change log every time he signs in, and you can switch it off any time in Settings, Permissions.
9
Put it on every laptop and iPad
Once Steve says it's ready, make it one tap to open.
On an iPad: open Safari, go to admin.hub92prints.com, tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up), then Add to Home Screen. It now opens like an app.
On a laptop: open Chrome, go to admin.hub92prints.com, then click the star at the end of the address bar to bookmark it.
Have each person sign in once with their own email.
